"Brand New Jersey Mike 's close to Historic downtown Springboro. The store is brand new so it is spotless. It 's so clean and tidy. The folks working here were super friendly and didn 't seem to mind me snapping all the pics for this review and talked to me in a genuinely nice manner. The food prep was spot on, they ask you for anything special, want anything added or removed with the vegetables, seasonings and oil. So this place is a win for Springboro. I do miss one of my favorites but the location and friendliness off the staff was very welcoming. I hope they do well and will update this review as time goes by. Stop by, they open at 10a for us 'brunch ' folks. Tell them Dean sent you."

On Saturday morning, a young woman had to handle everything at the restaurant while the manager and three male employees were hanging out in the back. She complained to the manager, but he showed no remorse.

Stopped in on Sunday evening of Memorial day weekend to get a sandwich for my wife and I. When I was paying the kid at the register ask if I wanted to round up? Meaning give the corporate franchise more money, I said no but I would be happy to round down. He responded by tossing my change to me. Will not go back.

I am unsure of the manager's identity, but they have dirty blonde hair in a man bun. The manager took my order and then proceeded to clean the grill without acknowledging me. This has happened on two separate occasions with the same individual. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I left the restaurant at 6:45 pm and decided to dine at Penn Station instead.
