"I had the best experience at Jinya recently and had to get in here to share. Cheyenne was our server and she was so peppy and energetic despite it being after 8pm at night! She was super quick about cleaning off our table of any trash and got our orders quickly. It's sad to say but lately, our experience dining out in general at restaurants has not been great with service, so we were very impressed with our service at Jinya! The food is always delicious and was the perfect comfort food on a cold rainy day. I got tonkatsu black with a side of corn and it was packed with so much flavor. The egg was also perfectly cooked and seasoned well. There are mostly small booths for smaller parties and a community table in the center. The atmosphere is very warm and modern. We were so pleased with our experience here!"

Although the food looked appealing, unfortunately, it didn’t taste great. It seemed to be lacking something essential. My whole family was disappointed, and we felt it was overpriced. We could have made better ramen at home. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1/5 Service: 3/5 Ver carta

We ordered the crispy chicken, watermelon delight, spicy chicken ramen, umami spicy miso ramen, and tonkotsu ramen. Everything was absolutely delicious! My partner mentioned that his miso ramen was a bit too creamy for his taste, but the spicy sauce available at the table really enhanced it. He also appreciated that he could request his vegetables on the side without any hassle.

Jinya Ramen Bar has a beautiful atmosphere. It has space for large groups but also cozy for date. The food was Amazing! I had Spicy Chicken Ramen with a few add-ins and a side salad. The salad was fresh with ginger dressing and the ramen was hot. My server was great... he stopped by check on me and was friendly. The other servers were also helpful and took plates/wrappers away that I was done with. It's also very clean, server's were wiping down the walls and tables after some guest had left.

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
