"Came in monday evening, seemed pretty busy, got sat at the bar which I normally don’t like to do but decided I’d try it out seeing they were busy. Immediately I was taken care of, first by a gentleman whose name I did not get tall, had a beard I think) , then by Kairy, both of them made the night very enjoyable; Kairy was very attentive and friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had. The wait time on food was almost nonexistent, came out super quick. Overall 10/10 experience, I wouldn’t mind sitting at the bar again, great bartenders honestly."

This was my first time trying out Jinya, and it was great. Zach, our server, was fantastic and very attentive. The food was delicious, and overall, the food selection seemed decently healthy. The calorie count on most dishes seemed low, with a good amount of protein. We’ll definitely be coming back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Visualizza piatti

Linda provided excellent service taking care of our family and helping us introduce our two young boys to ramen for the first time! We are big JINYA fans and excited to come back as a family again! Kid-friendliness: Our boys split the kids meal. One ate the ramen and the other ate the crispy chicken. And they both loved the fries! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

The person who served us was very kind, very helpful and made us feel very comfortable when communicating with us in Spanish. I highly recommend this place. Vegetarian options: Fresh and very good tasting vegetable products Dietary restrictions: They recommended a dish that did not contain products that we should not consume and that tasted very good. Parking: Very spacious and clean Kid-friendliness: They recommended new dishes to us, served us on time and kindly, and made adjustments to the menu according to our taste, always with a smile.

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
