KFC has changed quite a bit over the years. The chicken breast I had was tough, and the leg and thigh were lacking in flavor.

The workers here are always so nice to me. Every time I've come through, the food has been fresh. I've never gotten old food from this KFC. And they are partnered worth A&W! Fried chicken, burgers, AND coney dogs! Where's the downside of that? Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m not a fan of cold nuggets, that’s for sure. I ordered through the app since there was no staff to talk to. The KFC in Cedar Springs was about 75% clean, but it lacked that sparkling shine. By 4:15 on a Sunday, the place was half full and quite busy. I got a 10-piece order of honey BBQ nuggets that were disappointingly not hot enough. I sneaked a bite on my way, and the flavor was good, but the temperature? Not great. The mac and cheese was just standard KFC fare, nothing special there. The biscuit was flaky, and my soda was cold, but there was no butter or honey, to be honest. Initially, I planned to get a salad alongside the nuggets with Aldi's Caesar dressing, which is delicious. This was the 3rd time we got terrible chicken. The 1st 2 we let slide as it is a 20 mile round trip to take it back but didn't care about the drive this time. Just looking at the chicken you could tell it was severely dried out and barely warm to the touch. We did get replacement and per the manager the solution was to give us a couple extra pcs which were 2 legs. For a 20 mile return drive I told the server I didn't think that was a very good solution, was not happy with it and please convey it to her manager since they wouldn't come out of the office. I opened the bucket and asked her to show the fellow employees what chicken should not be served to a customer. Both the young lady helping... Ver carta
