Friendly, affordable, a generally consistent. The hibachi/teriyaki dishes are usually spot on. The sushi is usually good.The servers are always nice. I’d definitely recommend.

One of the few places locally to get sushi. Inside could use some improvements (the locations appearance doesn't give you the impression of a good quality restaurant), but the food is always good. We usually get it to go.

Great food and service! We split spring roll, sushi and hibachi. All of the food we ordered was delicious and tasted fresh. The service was super friendly, they were busy but still the waitress was able to be attentive to our table. Definitely a great place to stop in to! Ver carta

I wish I could give this delicious restaurant five stars, but the lack of an online presence can lead to confusion when unexpected closures happen. To compound the issue, there is no voicemail or phone menu to notify patrons of unexpected changes--the phone just rings and rings or is busy.

The food is always consistently good! If you like cold sake and know a few days in advance that you are going there, you should call them and let them know to order more. The last couple of times they did not have Nigori. But their good food makes up for it. We love their rolls. So many choices!

Always a great experience! Attentive servers, quick food, wonderful cooking. They have my favourite fried rice in the area and they're always happy to customize the sushi. The prices are AMAZING, like $10 for bigger specialty sushi rolls and $4 for smaller veggie ones, $4 for a big plate of fried rice, $2 for two amazing spring rolls... We stopped in Morganton for an overnight on a Sunday night. This place was one of the few places open that night. There was a wait, but not too bad. We sat at a really weird sushi bar (wouldn't really call it that). The menu is limited for Sushi and the quality was questionable. We eat a ton of sushi and have eaten such around the world including in Japan, and I am being gracious giving them a 2 star review because they were very nice people. Stick to the southern cuisine in town and skip this place if you really like sushi as you will be disappointed.

We waited 45 minutes for our food. They brought out the wrong dish for me so I didn't start eating until everyone else was done. My friend got the scallops. They stank like rotten fish even though they had been cooked. They brought out the wrong soups. I never got spring rolls I ordered and they tried to charge for them. My friends never got water or refills they asked for. They took so long to get the check. Waitress hardly checked on us. We ordered at 6:15 and we could not leave until 8:30. But, if you're here for the ginger salad, that was good and fresh.

Have eaten here before and had some nice scallops a year ago. I decided to try it again this year and asked if I could have noodles instead of rice with no upcharge and they said sure but when they came in the bill they charged me $2 more for some spaghetti. Instead of fried rice. I didn't think anything of it because she said there's no problem to substitute it. Anyway, my food came. The scallops were dried out and hard. Food was way overcooked and all I did was sit in a booth looking at a blackish wall. I asked about the $2 overcharge and the lady at the counter said that's just what we do. Enjoy your $2 overcharge. That's not the problem. It should have been taken off or told in the begin... Ver carta
