A charming café with amazing food and quick service! The Brussels sprouts served before my meal were possibly the best I've ever had.

The Hot Mess fries are fantastic, and the seared tuna sandwich was quite tasty, though it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the fries (it was still good, so that’s not a complaint). We will definitely come back!

The food is AMAZING!!! To me this place gets a 10 star! I got the Burshetta, the Flatbread Pizza, and the Mac and Cheese. It is soooo good. Im from Hibbing, Minnesota and I wish we had one there!! Totally coming back Ver carta

I potentially end up here 3-4 times per week for different reasons. The Mexican Skillet Hash is one of my fav breakfasts out there. The coffee is great, lattes and awesome. The environment is great and usually filled with people! Awesome menu.

Nummy Hot Mess is definitely a place I'll return to! While I wasn’t completely sold on the Chicken Mushroom bowl—it had the perfect texture but lacked the basil flavor—I must say it was served hot, and the bread was fantastic! The atmosphere was lovely as well!

Amazing building and fantastic atmosphere! This is probably the best café experience I've ever had. The portions are generous, and while it might feel a bit chaotic, the food is absolutely delicious. Just a heads up: it's popular for a reason, so be prepared to wait for a table. The espresso is served quickly, giving you time to enjoy the artwork while you wait. Ver carta

I stopped by for a morning coffee, and I was captivated by the stunning building and its vibrant atmosphere. The coffee took a little while to arrive, but its delicious flavor more than made up for the wait, especially paired with the Mexican skillet meal I ordered. I'm really glad I decided to stop in, and if I'm ever in New Ulm again, I will definitely prioritize a return visit.

$50 and an hour are waiting for two mediocre entrées and one fore. Rosemaryries were soggy, egg bandedict made me feel sick, and the Brezel bites were a suppe. I also do not exaggerate when I say suppe, bretzel bites in a bowl with sawn and shredded cheese. Not what I expected I needed a spoon to try them. overall it was a good place to get a quick bite, but with the current owners I won't be back.

Three stars for cozy and inviting atmosphere, and welcoming and friendly staff. Stars off for less than stellar service and mediocre menu. Saturday afternoon, early fall. When we ordered the staff mention they were short staffed but it was very late lunch (1:30 pm) and not too busy so we ordered and sat. There were multiple tables available but none had been bussed after the previous customers. So we bussed one ourselves. The other tables didn't get bussed until we wereleaving. We were two couples and the meal for one couple was brought out 20 minutes before the other couple's, creating that awkward situation where you have to choose between eating in front of your hungry friends or letting...
