"When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, with just two or three other couples seated. We waited at the hostess stand for at least five minutes before one of the three or four waitstaff finally acknowledged us and seated us. I should point out that there was a woman at the bar, who turned out to be the manager, busy typing on her phone while we waited—definitely not the most welcoming sight. After being seated, we were left unattended for another ten minutes. The busboy brought us chips but forgot the silverware and didn’t say a word while doing so. As he left, I noticed he was playing with his hair, which made me uncomfortable since he immediately resumed serving other customers without washing his hands. When the waiter finally showed up to take our drink orders—while holding another patron's drink—he took that drink to the other table before returning with ours. Another ten minutes passed before the waiter returned, looking visibly frustrated, to ask if we were ready to order. I mentioned that we had been ready for at least 15 minutes, and his response was dismissive and rude. Honestly, given that the restaurant was nearly empty, it’s unacceptable that we had to wait so long to be seated and to order. There were more staff members than customers! I highly advise avoiding this place due to the poor customer service. Who knows what kind of experience you might have, especially considering the apparent lack of hygiene among the employees. Oh, and I should mention the flies buzzing around our table that clearly hadn’t been addressed prior to our arrival. They might as well rename this place "Lost Toreros"!"

"I had a great time with my friend at Komodo Loco. The interior felt like something you might see in Austin or Colorado moody lighting with cool artwork. First things first, I was hoping that we would sit in the front area of the restaurant where things were happening but we were sat in a back room down tue hallway which you couldn't even tell existed. It was super dark and not as appealing as the front of store which was a bummer. I could've said something but it ended up okay in the end. Our waitress was good about checking up on us so we appreciated that. Let's talk about food and drink. For the cocktail, I got the berry drink at first which was gin and blackberries and blueberries I believe. I wasn't a huge fan, but I was able to switch it out with the Japanese whiskey drink which was a whole lot better 6.5/10 The food was overall delicious. I got the slammin sake roll which was me and my friends favorite a spicy salmon roll that had just the right amount of kick to it 9/10 I also got sashimi with mango it was not bad; fresh but definitely not as tasty, complex or worth it to me compared to the previous roll 6/10 Finally I got the tuna maki since I was still hungry. It was probably the worst roll of the bunch. It was the cheapest and the seaweed was chewy and hard to bite through. My friend got a specialty featured roll that had mango in it (I forget the name) but it was delish. 7.5/10. The kicker to all this was that I asked for sauces and was not told ahead of time that I would be charged for it. Again I didn't say anything at the time because it was only 25 cents per sauce but just the fact that I was told beforehand was not great. They should tell guests if something is extra I've never been charged for extra sauce on the side at any other restaurant ever. Overall a good experience with a few tweaks this could be 5 stars for me maybe I would give it another try in the future"
