"We have been going to Maggianos as our Christmas tradition for many years. This year was a complete disappointment. They were understaffed our waiter was good but he was overwhelmed. Looking around we were not the only table waiting. The entire restaurant was waiting for service. There was not a Christmas tree in sight we were told they had new decorators. We have gone there for many years for the food, experience and the ambiance. Sadly we will create a new tradition next Christmas. We will not be back. I hope your bottom line is worth it Maggianos."

We visited the Naperville location on Christmas Eve. Although we were aware that it would be a busy night, we were seated at the smallest table in the dining room for our party of 11. We almost had to eat with our plates on our laps. When we requested more space, we were informed that it was not possible. After spending nearly $700, this was quite disappointing. On a positive note, our server was excellent and the food was good.
