Portions are large with extra to take home. Food flavor is mediocre but sufficient. Ambiance and service are great.

I enjoyed dinner on Christmas Eve, and it was a wonderful experience! The food was fantastic, and I loved having leftovers to take home. We will definitely be back!

I had dinner on Christmas Eve and as always, it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and it provided a perfect relaxation after a long day. We will definitely be returning!

We visited the Naperville location on Holy Evening, fully aware that it would be a busy night. However, they seated our party of 11 at the smallest table in the dining room, making it feel like we were almost eating on top of each other. We requested more space but were told that it wasn’t possible. After spending nearly $700, we found this arrangement quite disappointing. The service was very slow. The food didn’t really taste as good as it has in the past. We come every year for our annual holiday dinner, and this year was the worst. Over time, they really have changed the Family Style offerings and structure, and it’s not nearly as good as it used to be. Also, they scaled back on holiday decorations this year, as there wasn’t a Christmas tree anywhere to be seen. We will be exploring other options next year for our holiday dinner.

We have been going to Maggianos as our Christmas tradition for many years. This year was a complete disappointment. They were understaffed our waiter was good but he was overwhelmed. Looking around we were not the only table waiting. The entire restaurant was waiting for service. There was not a Christmas tree in sight we were told they had new decorators. We have gone there for many years for the food, experience and the ambiance. Sadly we will create a new tradition next Christmas. We will not be back. I hope your bottom line is worth it Maggianos.

Thanksgiving 5pm reservations, seated immediately. 3rd consecutive year with entire family. Avoid hassle of preparing home cooking. We eat Maggiano’s 2-3 per month. However this meal wasn’t up to par. Other then the salads and dessert the meal was Not at all edible. Turkey was tender, ham was hard overcooked dried out. Being family style the servings were replaced but they came back out the same. Mashed Potatoes were hard cold. ALL the sauces on the pasta, gravy, creamed spinach and corn was SO SALTY! Disappointing dining experience. Our server Jim was excellent who we’ve had before as our waiter. Reached out to a Mgr and apologized. Invited us back. Visualizza piatti
