"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the staff was very attentive, even checking in when I went to the counter for refills and asking if I wanted to order dessert—a rarity at fast food places. We were pleasantly surprised by how soft the ciabatta bread on our sandwiches was—it caught us off guard in a good way! They also offer some of the best tea and other beverages. If you have the chance, don’t miss the Blackberry Lemonade!"

I'm disappointed that the Savanah salad is no longer available. However, the chicken tortilla soup is consistently delicious. I also enjoyed the cucumber and tomato salad; it was a refreshing change.

I visited McAlister's Deli for the first time and tried the New Yorker sandwich. It was delicious! I highly recommend this deli restaurant. If it weren't 30 minutes from our house, we would definitely go more often.

The food is great, but the cleanliness of the restaurant needs some improvement. If they tidy up, they could easily boost their rating from 96 to a perfect 100. For me, a clean environment and attentive staff are essential when deciding where to eat.

The BLT with avocado might be the best sandwich in Raleigh. The bread is perfectly toasted, the bacon is crispy, and the avocado, greens, and tomato are incredibly fresh. Everything is meticulously arranged in the sandwich. It's consistently delicious every time I order it. Ver carta

Friendly staff, clean guest areas, and great consistent food. My go to is the Choose 2 deal with a half reuben sandwich and a country potato soup. They're lemonade is good too. Portions are nice, wait time isn't too long either. My fiance and I have been going every Monday for a month now.

We ordered takeout for three people and spent almost $36 on dinner. When I got home and opened my box, I was disappointed to find tiny broccoli florets as my side dish. Seriously? Considering how much we paid, I expected much better quality and service. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The very best in customer service and hospitality! Colby and staff are very professional, helpful! The food, above excellent and large portions. I ordered a BLT Sandwich with mac cheese, definitely recommend! They have a extensive menu with many options. Highly recommend this restaurant will be back! Thank you, delicious! Ver carta

This is one of my favorite restaurants, but I was disappointed during my visit last Friday. The staff seemed to be mostly idle, and the cleanliness of the booths, floors, and tables was lacking. Additionally, the condiment station, which should have had napkins, was cluttered with boxes. Going forward, my husband and I are likely to opt for takeout instead.

I've never come across such an indifferent staff before. It's reassuring to see that many others have had a similarly disappointing experience. Here’s a piece of advice: being high doesn't make the staff any more efficient or attentive. Perhaps a throwback to the '80s and a little bit of motivation would do the trick? At least it might prompt them to move faster! Goodness gracious.

"I've been to the new Irregardless twice now. Once for a rather disappointing late brunch and a second time for a fabulous welcome back to town dinner. Their prices have definitely risen to The point where I won't be able to visit as much as I used to (and they also don't know what Eastern versus Western BBQ is, but I won't hold that against them). They're very conscious about vegan options and the dishes are still as high quality as I remember them being under the old management. Disappointed not to see any Raleigh brewing on the draft menu but the drink menu was very good. I got the most expensive vegan option of course. A North Carolina BBQ prepared maitake mushroom on mashed potatoes with a gorgeous, perfect amount of broccoli. Now the fiction kitchen has an Eastern BBQ plate which I love So I was very surprised when it showed up with a ketchup/tomato-based sauce. It was delicious Even though it was a western NC style barbecue sauce. Haha (My mom got the salmon The time blackberry cheesecake was divine. I hope they keep that one around because I'm definitely coming back for another slice. I'm happy to report that the staff are excellent, warm, friendly, and professional. Our waitress was friendly and delighted to answer all of our questions since we hadn't been for dinner yet. Brunch, the music was a little loud and by the time we actually got a table they were out of everything we wanted to order which is a little disappointing and speaks to poor planning. We did get was small but delicious. Not sure I would try brunch again unless I was really hankering for their brunch specifically and if so I would get a reservation a week ahead of time. As a person who's gone to this specific restaurant for over 2/3 of their life, I'm just glad that it's still exists and is in such good hands. I just hope they read up a little bit more on barbecue in North Carolina. And make more vegan things"
