This place is horrible ? always pull forward and wait . Order be wrong. I'm sure they do t use gloves while making the food.

The McDonald's headquarters restaurant was a fantastic experience. I took my 10-year-old daughter and her friend to explore the headquarters and try international McDonald's food. They absolutely loved it! Make sure to take the time to visit and enjoy the experience. The staff was wonderful too!

The staff often close earlier than the posted business hours. The drive-thru frequently claims that the computers are down, leaving only cash as an option. Expect long wait times both inside and outside. I recommend going to the locations in Wheaton or Warrenville instead. This place is really disappointing. Ver carta

The register attendant was very personable and listened attentively to my order request. The food was freshly prepared and just as I'd ordered. The establishment's environment was well kept and, though not busy, very inviting. I highly recommend this location ?Parking: They've approximately 20-25 parking spots and the lot is always clean.Kid-friendliness: Though the location is without a playground, I did notice seating for toddlers.Wheelchair accessibility: The location is wheelchair accessible.

About a month ago, I visited this McDonald's and encountered an extremely rude manager. Despite my repeated requests for more coffee, I was completely ignored. It took 45 minutes before anyone finally attended to me, even though the place was not busy at all. This was my first experience of being so blatantly ignored after frequent visits to this location. Another customer and I were both very frustrated and found it unacceptable that we were treated this way. We agreed that we would never return. Thank you for the terrible experience.

I frequently grab lunch here (perhaps too often), and overall I’m very satisfied with this location. I usually order through the drive-thru or at the board, so I can’t comment much on the inside. My orders are consistently accurate (including for other customers), and the food quality is reliably very good. The only issue is with the sauces; they often don’t provide the correct amount as requested in the mobile app (and sometimes they’re missing altogether), but they’ve been doing a better job of this recently.
