This store is clean friendly with lots s of toppings and FRO-YO Cakes!!Nice place to hang out with the kids.

I couldn't even step inside the store. It wasn't open during the advertised hours, and they were pressure washing right at the entrance. It was really disappointing since I was hoping to grab some frozen yogurt in the middle of winter. Ver carta

They don’t give free samples, but their employee let me know nicely and said to have a great day when I turned around to leave. Can’t comment on the yogurt, but at least their employees are good at delivering poor management decisions to their potential customers.

I wish I could give 5 stars but there weren't very many flavors to choose from. They did have a lot of toppings, and everything was fully stocked. The lady working today was really sweet. We were greeted immediately, and she was very helpful. I was hesitant after reading reviews about items in stock and cleanliness. But the facility was clean, and had a lot of toppings. I really enjoy this restaurant! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I absolutely love the frozen yogurt! I would have given it a perfect 5 stars, but I can't do that with a clear conscience. The workers are often left alone to manage things, which doesn't seem right, especially since many of them appear to be in their teens. For example, when I asked a young man to refill the chocolate syrup, there was a long line of customers waiting because he was managing everything by himself. This seems like a sign of poor management.

We visited this restaurant twice in the past week, and both times they were out of hot fudge and Nutella. When we inquired with the staff if they had any in the back, they simply responded, "It has to be ordered and checked in," and then walked away. The toppings that were available were barely filled and looked old and dried out. Additionally, the marshmallow topping pump was broken. When we asked for assistance again, the staff just stared and said, "It's broken." It’s disappointing, as this used to be a clean and enjoyable dessert spot. I stopped here on 26 Aug 2023 and thought it was ok. I have a Menchie's close to my house in Las Vegas and I'll say that this store is somewhat different than what I'm used to; here's why:First, I was disappointed that the milk chocolate flavor wasn't available. I don't know how long it hasn't been operational, but I thought vanilla and chocolate would always be available to customers due to its popularity. I don't think I've ever experienced either of those flavors out of commission.Next, the toppings/topping area were less than adequate.
