The braised oxtail was bland. Had me yearning for something more flavorful

The food was outstanding. I brought my newlywed friends from Atlanta here, and they loved both the food and the atmosphere.

Great presentation. Was helped by manager while I was trying to tap-to-pay/touchless pay. Would be amazing if they delivered!

Caribbean? I don't think so. We got the jerk chicken and it was not spicy. It was covered in sweet store bought BBQ sauce. The collard greens were overcooked and way too salty. The beans rice were mushy and tasteless. We also got the kale salad with “jerk” shrimp. Same BBQ sauce on shrimp and dressing super swet. Ver carta

This is the best Jamaican restaurant I've ever been to in the states. The food is delicious and tastes like my grandmothers food. I ordered the “round about” which gives you a sample of all the proteins for $50. The pumkin rice and rice and peas were cooked perfectly. The prices gives you sticker shock, but I was so satisfied I forgot all about that. Food and service at this place was wonderful! Specifically I would mention the mussels because the broth was simply to die for. All the jerk food was great! The oxtail was the least spicy dish if you’re sensitive to it and want to avoid spice. Akil our server was fantastic! The only frustrating thing is that they provide you with plastic utensils and plastic cups for your drinks which is annoying because of environmental implications. Loved! Atmosphere, music, vibe, and food were all great. The “host” gave an elderly diner a great seat to make them more comfortable at a peak hour when tables were premium, even the waitor was shocked and kept asking how we got the table saying we were “lucky.” Turned out the nice host was actually a co-owner so had the pull to do that.
