waiter/bartender was great, as well as our server. both are very personal. we enjoyed our meal and the servings were so that we were able to bring a few home for the next day dinner.

Amazing steak and dessert, but the first time they gave me my steak it was under cooked, and then gave me a slightly more cooled one. It still tasted decent though. Dessert was my favorite part.

you are the best! We have their “Curbside Pickup” to celebrate my birthday. my parents never had their “go” version, they were very impressed! eating was fast, hot and fresh. all were super nice! love your broth sticks! perfect and exactly what we wanted

There was 30 mins wait in weekday, probably there would be more wait on weekend- please plan accordingly. Amazing ambience and staff. Service is quick, food was hot and delicious. They have large indoor seating area also has lot of parking space outside the location. Can be accessed quickly from main road. It’s a busy place.

the food was delicious, but the service was missing. I hate to say it because our waitress was very nice, but we never got our appetizers, had to wait a while and then finally be in the position to ask for spoons for our suppe, and had to ask for drink fillings. a meal that could have been complete in 35 to 45ish minutes took much longer because we still had to wait. I went to this restaurant with my family last summer and it was really good. It was a calm and relaxing place to eat. It was really fast and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend coming here if you're in the mood for some good food, who isn't in the mood for some good food? Olive Garden is one of my top favorite restaurants and I had it for my first time here. Definitely gave me a good impression on their food and service.

This review is for the Branson MO location. I downloaded the Olive Garden app to book my pickup order online but several things seemed to be lacking within the app itself. My notes I provided for the order were apparently not passed to the local restaurant, and there seemed to be no way to check in from the app itself. Pre-pandemic this would have likely not bothered me as much, but by this point in time (01/02/22)I would have expected the pickup process to be working very smoothly. I called the local location once I was onsite to pickup the order, and someone still had to run out to my parking spot to ask what I needed. I assume an employee saw me sitting in one of the curbside pickup spots...

Cherie Moore, General Manager, The food was excellant and the service was better. My wife and I always eat here at least once on every trip. On February 1, 2022 after a difficult COVID year for traveling for us since March of 2021 we returned to Branson during the off-season time. We found a new waiter named Ty who has only been in Branson, Missouri for about four months. He totally knew the menu and answered all our questions. He is a very polite and professional employee. He is an asset to Olive Garden and I and sure the manager knows this. I believe she (Manager) came to our table while Ty was waiting on two other tables and asked if we needed anything.
