I used to go to this place 10 years ago has definitely went Down hill and over priced for sure bland food and wont be back

I have dined at this restaurant frequently. The seafood is always excellent. My sister and I both enjoy it very much! However, we did not care for the fish with blueberry sauce, which is just a matter of personal preference.

I didn't actually get to eat at this restaurant because it took 25 minutes for the server to even ask if I wanted anything to eat. This was after waiting 10 minutes just to be seated. The only positive aspect was that the beer I had was cold. Ver carta

The service was very poor and all the staff seemed angry. We waited 30 minutes for our bill after eating and were basically ignored the whole time we were there. I understand they were probably short staffed, (they had a child washing dishes) but the food simply wasn't worth it. Hopefully they can turn things around

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I have to follow a gluten-free diet, so I ordered the deep fried perch with carrots, let me tell you everything was absolutely delicious! The fish was cooked perfectly and was so tasty, along with the carrots, just soft enough with a yummy flavor. I am going to miss this place when they close, this is one of my best ever restaurants!

My visit to Oscar and Joeys Roadhouse tonight was quite disappointing. The Lobster Ravioli tasted like Chef Boyardee, and the other appetizers were mediocre and overpriced. The staff made us feel like we were a bother, and to top it off, there was a loud and annoying karaoke family reunion happening. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning for a second visit. Oscar and Joeys Roadhouse needs to figure out what kind of restaurant they want to be. Ver carta

This restaurant is a local favorite. We have never had a bad meal here. We loved the burgers, ribeye, fish and chips, chicken fingers... the fries were great too! Be sure to try the Beef Barley soup when it's available - it's like a dream. Their pies with homemade whipped cream are also delicious. You may have trouble reading their sign at night, so use Waze for directions. It's conveniently located across from Meyers and is our go-to spot before shopping there. The decor is like stepping back in time to a simpler era. The staff is friendly and we just love this place. Enjoy!

The popular restaurant OSCAR and JOEYS ROADHOUSE with a WILD GAME MENU has unfortunately closed its doors. However, there is a silver lining as Dave and Terry are not leaving the food industry entirely. Chef Dixie Dave Minar will now be operating a wild game food truck and offering catering services for any event or group size. It was a pleasure to work with and have Dave and Terry as part of the Birch Run community. Thank you for all you have done for us and best wishes on your retirement. The restaurant will be demolished to make way for a new structure in the future. After 35 years of serving delicious food and building friendships, we will miss OSCAR and JOEYS ROADHOUSE. The whole experience was horrible. We walked in, found a table. There was only 2 other people in the whole restaurant, yet it took 10 min to get our drink order and another 10 for our order to be taken by the most uninterested waitress I’ve ever met. You could really tell she had better things to do like play with her phone like the rest of the staff. Our food was terrible. The cheese sticks tasted like they cooked them in the same oil as my fish. The fries were half cooked and soggy. The French dip looked half cooked as most of it was still pink.
