Great pizza and deserts, probably the best gluten free pizza around. Staff is always prompt, nice and helpful. My go-to pizza place.

Service was great, friendly and fast! The atmosphere is calm and beautiful. The food was spot on! I hope they will add cheese ravioli one day!

I typically don't order soup unless I'm feeling unwell, but I took a chance on the tomato basil soup this time, and it was amazing! I will definitely be ordering it more frequently, even when I'm in good health! Ver carta

The food at Palio's was fantastic, just like it always is. I was really happy to see that this location is still open since the one in Burleson has closed. Everything they serve is of excellent quality, full of flavor, and offers a great variety.

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered two pizzas and clicked the toppings which apparently didn?t get added. I had to drive back up there and when I spoke with the gentlemen about what happened he said there?s nothing he could do. I stated I wasdissatisfied with my order and would like my money back and he kept telling me no. He then tried to bring up how many orders hehad and it wasn?t his problem and handed me the pizzas back. Hope you don?t have an issue if you order with them because you?regoing to get horrible customer service and no resolution.

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered two pizzas with my chosen toppings, but they were not included in my order. I had to drive back to the restaurant to rectify the issue. When I explained what had happened to a staff member, he simply said there was nothing he could do. I expressed my frustration and asked for a refund, but he repeatedly refused. He even mentioned how many orders he had to manage and claimed it wasn’t his problem, then just handed me the pizzas back. The website clearly states that the charge for the lunch special is $10.99. However, I was charged significantly more than that. When I brought it up, I was essentially told that the website was incorrect and that the price I was given was the current rate, which meant it was no longer a lunch special. It doesn't matter what the listed price is; you can't just charge customers whatever you want. This is incredibly frustrating, and I will not be returning, despite having used them regularly in the past. The customer service over the phone was unprofessional, and this is just poor business practice overall. To clarify, I never actually said anything during the conversation.

I ordered a large cheese pizza via delivery and received a cheese stick appetizer with a bunch of different sauces.I called to ask what 's up and how that could have happened, and a BOH employee speaking broken English told me there 's no one else there, no manager or anyone to speak to.
