Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I ordered ahead, repeated the order to the person on the phone and when Picking up the pizza it was wrong. The set tone was 6:15, showed up at 6:30. Didn't leave the store till 7:30. Kind of upsetting.

I will not be back. Ordered 30 minutes ahead. Arrived, no one else here, None of the bins had ingredients, took more than 10 minutes to make my pizza. No pizzas waiting in the racks, three people working that I saw. WHERE IS THE MANAGER?

Ordered food online at 4:07. It was supposed to be ready by 4:37. Showed up at 5 PM and the food still wasn't ready. At 5:30, I told the cashier to cancel my order. DO NO ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Ver carta

Just ordered 3 family sized pizzas and a cheesy bread for lunch. Crust was horrible tasting and it even stuck to the tray. Bread was suppose to be sold by yesterday! Have had the pizzas frequently and after this experience we will not be going back.

I ordered double pepperoni and double large pepperoni. Glad I did because the family size pizza is so large that even with all the extra pepperoni they couldn't make it anywhere near the edge of the pizza. Mercifully the Cub across the street has infinite pepperoni with which to finish the pizza.

I placed an order for pizza a couple of hours in advance for a 6:30 pickup time. I arrived at the store at 6:50 and waited 20 minutes for them to make our pizza, even though the order was marked as completed at 6:30. I had ordered around 2pm earlier that day. This has happened before, and it was not a busy time at the restaurant. Ver carta

I always forget how terrible this place is because we rarely order from this especially papa murphys. then I go in to pick up our order and I see the complete chaos and the people waiting and I remember: not ordering from this place. never ordered in time, rarely correctly. it's a circus over there. Try the Blaine location. great service.

Just ridiculous. every time I order here, I'm sorry. Today I have placed an online order for the collection. How hard could it be? I come to a certain time and they can't find my order. 30 minutes after the pick-up time, I finally run with my command. without apologies or explanation. true, with something too much. I understand. it's busy. but I have ordered and paid my part online. the least they could do is apologise.

Worse service ever! I initially called the location 40 minutes prior to close, waited several minutes and tried calling several more times...no one picked up the phone. I drive over and arrive 15 minutes before closing for a take and bake pizza. There were at least two staff members present...they say they aren't taking any orders and intentionally not picking up the phone... they said they were behind. Again, no apology, no courtesy just a flat affect as if I was an inconvenience...as a Rewards member and long time customer I am extremely disappointed. Ver carta
