Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

the person that manned the register was the most sour I ever came past this place. She has her name and another. the filiale was in shamble and very creepy, the ingredient bins were almost empty.

I love this place, the staff rocks here sounds like they are always having fun. Even though like all places they are as well struggling to get good help there and some people are very mean to the employees

I will not be back. Ordered 30 minutes ahead. Arrived, no one else here, None of the bins had ingredients, took more than 10 minutes to make my pizza. No pizzas waiting in the racks, three people working that I saw. WHERE IS THE MANAGER? View menu

Just ordered 3 family sized pizzas and a cheesy bread for lunch. Crust was horrible tasting and it even stuck to the tray. Bread was suppose to be sold by yesterday! Have had the pizzas frequently and after this experience we will not be going back.

I placed an order for pizza a couple of hours in advance for a 6:30 pickup time. I arrived at the store at 6:50 and waited 20 minutes for them to make our pizza, even though the order was marked as completed at 6:30. I had ordered around 2pm earlier that day. This has happened before, and it was not a busy time at the restaurant.

I always forget how terrible this place is because we rarely order from this especially papa murphys. then I go in to pick up our order and I see the complete chaos and the people waiting and I remember: not ordering from this place. never ordered in time, rarely correctly. it's a circus over there. general manager is very rude. would not regain our pizzas and said he would refund them, but not yet. we called him after 2 days to ask him why it is not refunded and he gave it to the owner that he did not know why the owner did not refund it. manager was rude and unrespectful. we'll never be back. it's a thing that the manager was rude, but his other thing is not paying back our money.

Just ridiculous. every time I order here, I'm sorry. Today I have placed an online order for the collection. How hard could it be? I come to a certain time and they can't find my order. 30 minutes after the pick-up time, I finally run with my command. without apologies or explanation. true, with something too much. I understand. it's busy. but I have ordered and paid my part online. the least they could do is apologise.

Second time in weeks I had order issues with this store. Both times ordered online and arrive 30 minutes later with no order made and ready.The first time one of two pizzas was made and the girl argued with me about the second being on my order until I pulled out my phone to show her the receipt.The second time I ordered a family size and questioned the employee that it looked smaller than 16 inches. His response was, no it’s just curled. Well when I got home and took a pic and sure enough not the size I paid for.Bunch of young kids who don’t care about their job and it shows. View menu
