"I placed an order on door dash and I wanted to add tomato to my order. However this passkey doesn’t give you the option for special instructions. So I called and spoke to the “manager”. I asked her if I can add tomato and she said no I have to do add it through door dash. I explained it doesn’t give me option. She said “it should I’ll have to talk to my IT guy” so I asked if there was anyway she can add it this one time since it didn’t give me the option. She said “no there is an extra charge for it” she is that hard up and couldn’t add it. Not my fault her website doesn’t give me the option. I will not ever eat here again. Crazy how she is the manager. I hope the owners take a real good look at her. She is terrible. A tomato is what .30 cents a slice would be .5 She must desperately need it.Update:I was supposedly talking to the owner/manager. That’s worse! Terrible customer service, get things working online or don’t do it. Stop being cheap!"
