Pizza Factory - Carta

I stopped by this restaurant for some pizza while camping, and the staff was amazing and really laid-back.

There aren't many options for pizza in Portola, CA, so we were thrilled to discover this place. Without a doubt, it has the best pizza around!

The pizza was fantastic! Although we had a bit of a wait, the staff was working diligently to ensure that everyone received their orders. The employees were very friendly! The building could definitely use some updates.

The food is over priced for the quality you will order an x large pizza for 30$ and it will be the size of a small. The employees don?t wash there hands after smoking or doing anything. There is a much better pizza place on the other side of town.

Ordered for a pick up. Was told 20 min. Got there said it would be 35 min. Went back in and they said that it was almost ready. Went back where they said they couldn't even find our ticket but would start it. Told them to forget it. Was there for over an hour. There were quite a bit of people there that weren't happy... Canceling orders. 2 people (that we saw) were the only ones working and one of them had a horrible attitude. My family went last Friday and waited an hour and a half for pizza, too. I don't think it means much, but I won't be going back. Atrocious.

Tonight, I ordered 24 wings, half bbq half garlic Parmesan..I got 24 wings that look like popcorn chicken, lie it was the bottom of the barrel pieces that had no garlic, no Parmesan and no bbq, just nasty plain chicken. The meal cost $32.00 and some centsplus a tip for delivery totaling $35.00 all for a meal I can?t eat. I called to let them know but it started to look like anissue for them to fix their mistake so I guess I throw away $35.00. These days $35.00 is a lot of money specially for someoneon medical leave and no income. Honestly I hope the employees of this place go through the same thing and lose money.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'm currently remodeling my small living space and only have ready-to-eat food or PB&J on hand (I'm really tired of PB&J). So, I called to see if I could pick something up for dinner this evening. The phone call lasted a maximum of 30 seconds. I hung up at 8:39 PM; I understand that's cutting it close to closing time. Having worked in a kitchen before, I get that. However, with 22 minutes left until closing, perhaps you could ask the caller what they were considering ordering, then decide whether to accept or decline.
