Hands down the best pizza in the county. The crust is amazing, the flavor is wonderful, and the staff is always so kind.

occasional complaint about this restaurant. Other than that, the food is consistently delicious and the staff is always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend trying their pasta dishes, they are always perfectly cooked and flavorful. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a date night or casual dinner with friends. Overall, a great dining experience.

Went into this establishment visiting from out of state… was treated like royalty…. The staff all communicated with me clearly about the wait time,, but also took the time to know me. Felt like home. I also received very yummy food I got a Hawaiian with ham and jalapeño onions bacon and cashew… as well as a cookie pizza which I enjoyed very much so. Thank you Amber Bobby and Brandon it was wonderful to meet you!

I was initially informed that the wait time would be 20 minutes for a large half cheese and half pepperoni pizza, lasagna, and pasta. However, after waiting for over one and a half hours, the lasagna and pasta were only lukewarm, and the pizza was only half cooked with no cheese or sauce on half of it. Ordered for a pick up. Was told 20 min. Got there said it would be 35 min. Went back in and they said that it was almost ready. Went back where they said they couldn't even find our ticket but would start it. Told them to forget it. Was there for over an hour. There were quite a bit of people there that weren't happy... Canceling orders. 2 people (that we saw) were the only ones working and one of them had a horrible attitude. My family went last Friday and waited an hour and a half for pizza, too. I don't think it means much, but I won't be going back. Atrocious.

The restaurant has improved since the last owner, but the prices could be more affordable. There are no online coupons available, which is disappointing for a pizza factory. Customer service can be hit or miss, with some employees being wonderful while others are unhappy and take orders incorrectly. In one instance, a delivery order with specific sauce requests for allergy reasons was not fulfilled correctly, leading to an upset conversation with the staff. The new owner seems nice, but more attention should be put into customer service and employee treatment. Since the last review, there have been improvements in the service, with employees being more attentive and friendly. The atmosphere...

I don’t know what happened but seems there’s been some recent changes to the way their pizza is made. Word around town is the owners recently made changes and want everything measured out now, and that reduces the quality of pizza factory’s pizza. It’s just terrible now. What used to be worth the price for good pizza is now just bad, it’s dried out pizza with no cheese, no sauce and skimp on the toppings. As loyal customers who spend money on pizza, we’re thinking we won’t be back anymore if this is how they are going to make pizza that cost $27 for a large.
