"Let’s also talk about the cleanliness and the great sense of humor of the owners, āyí and shūshu! Shūshu, in particular, is quite the jokester! A big thank you to them for giving us free Thai iced milk tea to take home for our kids. We’ll definitely return to try more of their menu, especially the salt and pepper shrimp. By the way, I'm not sure why people have warned us to stay away from certain areas of SacTown—it's not like it’s Singapore! While it has its rough spots, so does America in general. I'd argue that this is one of the most welcoming places we've encountered, comparable to our experiences in South America, Asia, the East Coast, SoCal, and the Bay. People just need to mind their own business!"

Great Bulba location located right next to a large Asian Grocery store. The service was fast and the quality was great. I went in and did not know what to order. The host guarantied I would like the drink and made a delicious drink. I visit every time I go to CA

The mango strawberry smoothie with mango boba is delicious! I ordered the sesame chicken fried rice combo. The portions were generous, but the rice wasn't actually fried; it was steamed with just a bit of scrambled eggs. I thought the combo would include chow mein? Overall, I’d rate the food 4 out of 5. They're the most humble and kindest people. They really enjoy serving their customers. The atmosphere and decor are of Asian/Orient descent. My wife, kids, and I are glad they're in our neighborhood. We had mild pop corn chicken, mango snow, mocha snow, Thai tea, and banana snow with reg/popping boba.Parking: Near Papa Murphy's, Del Taco, and Popeyes.

I had a great experience at this restaurant during my first visit. The staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the bright atmosphere, which is something I really enjoy in dining spaces. The place is a bit small for larger groups, but when I was there, it was quiet with only one other customer. As I write this, I’m still waiting for my order, so I’ll update my review once I've had a chance to taste the food.
