The service here is exceptionally friendly, and the food is quite enjoyable.

The food is excellent, and there are plenty of drink options, both hot and cold. We've returned several times for the chicken wings and some drinks.

Two lovely individuals work here, and I believe they are the owners. The customer service is outstanding; they always greet you warmly and wish you a great day when you leave. They are also quick to prepare food and drinks once they're ordered. Plus, everything is delicious!

I found it difficult to communicate when ordering, as it seems there’s a lack of understanding of your own menu. I ordered sweet potato fries but received regular fries that were deep-fried with cinnamon. It was absolutely disgusting! When I tried to explain the mistake, it seemed like you placed the blame on me.

I want to give 3.5 stars. The place is nice, quaint, clean and has karaoke set up. The employee was nice and patient because they didnt have what i usually getcat other quicklys.. However, the drinks i ordered were far too sweet. I asked for less sweet and its still super sweet.. they also did not have many items that were supposedly available on the menu.. very sad.. Great customer service! They double-checked my order more than once. Their fried rice was yummy and gentle on my sensitive stomach. I'm lactose intolerant but all Quicklys use a soy base for their milk teas. I got a large Taro Milk Tea and it was so delicious. If you like breaded chicken they have sweet n sour chicken and sesame chicken. There's also chicken with Broccoli or beef with Broccoli that I believe is not breaded.

I ordered fried calamari not spicy and received spicy. I could not eat it after my mouth and stomach burned. I called right away and they did not speak English. The man hung up on me 4 times. I go there after dialysis on a disabled bus. I thought I go thereon my next treatment day. I used a translator app but the man started yelling at me but the woman used her app to tell me norefund or remake. Must come same day. Boss orders. The man could not tell me that on the phone because he kept hanging up. Hedid not understand English. I will never go there again and will let everyone know their customer service is horrible. Theymessed up my order not me.
