"Jenny's is hands down a required visit when in search of a thoroughly satisfying meal. A group of us have visited Jenny's dozens of times, and with each visit our admiration grows for Jenny and her fantastic food and warm hospitality. When visiting for breakfast, everything on the menu has been exceptional, and during my most recent visit the Huevos Rancheros fueled me for the rest of the morning. I grabbed three enchiladas with rice and beans to go, which were filled with savory meats and topped with rich salsas. Her crispy chicken tacos and shrimp tacos are full of flavor and are amongst the best I've had. I always look forward to stopping at Jenny's when in the area, and couldn't recommend her enough."

"Stopped in yesterday while staying at the RV park at the USMC barstool logistics based on recommendation from Yelp. We are pretty surprised when we pulled in at 1400 that parking lot was fairly full, and walking in most tables were taken. Tiffany, the bartender was not only taking care of the bar but all of the tables as well. I must say she did a terrific job, balancing it all. After the menu, we decided on a cold and frosty beer, due to the temperature, and our meals. My wife went with their grilled cheese and loaded tots while I decided on their green chili burger with a side of loaded tots and slaw. It took a little bit for our meals to come out, probably because of how busy they were. It turned out that three of the big tables seem to be all together as one. When they left, it emptied out fairly quickly. Our meals were delicious. The loaded tots were spectacular! If you only have time to visit one place in Barstow, I would recommend this Pit Stop Bar and Grill!"

"With that said, this restaurant represents Italian-American cuisine in one of its many forms. It’s important to remember that the United States is a vast and diverse place—Louisiana is not Nevada, and California is not West Virginia. For an ITALIAN-AMERICAN restaurant, and for anyone hoping to escape traditional Italian monotony, I would say this spot is EXCELLENT. The pizza features a fantastic crust and well-balanced toppings (it’s not Neapolitan or from Sorbillo, it’s distinctly AMERICAN), along with a very good Caesar salad and tasty appetizers. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is delightful. It's a perfect stop if you’re traveling between Las Vegas and Los Angeles."

"For what its worth, the food is good, it 's just not great. My biggest complaint is, I ordered the #5 (Chile relleno tamale) a fountain drink and it totalled $29 (before tip). I really shouldn 't be feeling like I could eat an entire new plate of food for that price. So, I wish the portions were bigger, or they should really drop the prices. If nothing else, throw a bit extra rice and beans to help fill us up a bit more. The relleno was mediocre, relatively small in size and flat. It took about 4 cuts before I hit the cheese filling. Like I said, it tastes fine, not great... just lacking in substance. The red sauce for the relleno was great The chicken tamale would transcend if they used dark meat chicken. I can 't stand white meat for these things, kind of tacky and dry, but the flavors were acceptable at least. I did enjoy the homemade chips and salsa. I am from central Northern california, in the Bay area I could probably find this plate with this quantity of food on it for about $16. Quite a large mark up here compared to one of the most expensive areas in the USA. Prices Def need to come down a bit. I would not return for that alone."
