"As always the salad bar was great. Service was poor. The waiter (lady) showed up 2 times, that's it. Spent more time hugging the drunk guy at the bar and hitting on the support staff. Had 2 other waiters help us with basics like silverware and butter because she was too busy. We ordered a sandwich to split and salad bar for each. sandwich was so bad! Tacodilla. not a good choice. We were there because I had appointments at Mayo, which 50% of the other people were there for as well. We may return but only for the salad bar. We wouldn't need much assistance with that. Oh, also I went to pay and the credit card app has 18% as the lowest tip. She was rushing us and I just hit the 18% tip. She really deserved something closer to 3%. Next time I will be much more verbal, complain and do the math for a 3% tip!"

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location!!! The General Manager, Charles, and Assistant Manager ,Kelsey, are always polite and keep their restaurant extremely clean. They have a great team behind them!!

We go out of our way to eat at this Ruby's as a group. We came in as a party of 15 that grew to a party of 22. They didn't complain or fuss. They happily sat us, served us amazing food and were attentive to the kid table! Wonderful food and service! Ver carta

I recently contacted Ruby's to cater for a corporate gathering. I was beyond satisfied with the quality of the food and service. The constant communication and attention to detail ensured a great experience for all 30 to 40 attendees. I would highly recommend their catering service. Keep up the good work!

the food was good. our service was great. our server was michelle, she took care of us. the temporary manager whose name I believe is nate, seemed incredibly unorganized. loudly interviewed a potential new tenant directly next to tables that had people in which were. he also had difficulty working his timetable of the employees about the weekend, and stood in the center of the restaurant where the people could hear him, and spoke to the servers about those who go to cover the shift. the internet was also grounded in the restaurant and they could not take any cards, which was not a big thing, as there was a atm next door, but apparently the manager had his feet drawn on the arrest, and server...
