"I was trying to call them to place a to-go order and they didnt answer. About 50 min before closing time still and so i found a way to place an order online and so i did. When i arrived at within the time frame (about 2min before they close) mentioned and wasn't even greeted. There was no customer and I've seen they were already cleaning. I told them i have a to-go order and they said that my order was something they out of. I asked why wasn't I notified. They replied that they dont have a way of letting me know. Fine, let say that's true. They weren't even apathetic about it, wasn't offered a solution and did no5 apologized for the inconvenience. I ended up with a fast food birthday meal and went back to work."

The OG Endless Salad Bar is worth the price. You can get it as an add on or separately which is great. I love that drinks including their variety of lemonade and tea have free refills.

the hostess could sit me right away. it took nine minutes for the server to get my order, but it was very friendly and it was pretty busy. my meal was perfectly prepared and the it area was actually quite quiet.

Every employee was super friendly and the food was pretty good. Sophia was our waitress and was the sweetest and friendliest waitress I have ever had. It was my first time at ruby tuesdays and I was not disappointed: Ver carta

The new menu was fantastic! I tried the hot Schlamassel Burger, and it was delicious. The manager was very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She created a lovely atmosphere throughout our visit.

Funnel cakes were beyond old. Crunchy hard, tasted days old. No powdered sugar. Burnt ends meal was the same: cold, old, dry, seemed like leftovers. If the employees wanted me not to order again, mission accomplished. Will be the First last time ordering here.

During our meal, the food was hot and delicious. However, the restaurant had a strange, sharp smell upon entering, which faded as we made our way to our table. My partner enjoyed the salad, and everything tasted fresh. The blue cheese dressing was particularly delicious. Ver carta

Place was nearly empty, took 30 minutes just to be seated. Took a little over an hour just to get our food. Rarely if ever saw the waitress. The only thing good was the fries. Everything else was either bland, over-cooked, or way too salty. Definitely not coming here again.

Great place. Friendly, courteous staff. Food was great and I had to take my fantastic chicken salad home. It wound up being lunch at Ruby Tuesday, dinner at home, AND, yep... I finally finished it off for breakfast the next morning. Hey! What can I say? It was a great salad and a great big salad!
