"Currently sitting here at Ruby Tuesdays and for the price and the amount of time we have been here we will never go back! It took about ten to fifteen minutes for someone to come say hi to us! There were only three to four tables at that point. The restaurant was dead! That’s should have given us a clue! We finally got our drinks. The appetizer came out and we had no plates so we had to eat it out of the little skillet that the mushrooms came in. The food came out and it was so salty it wasn’t even funny! We told the waitress and she continued to make excuses! Oh and they were out of everything! I was going to order the catfish and they came out and told the table near us they only had one catfish dinner and someone would have to change their order. Then she brought his salad out and there was nothing in it! It was a bowl of salad and dressing! It was craziness! It seemed like she was the only waitress but there were more people there!"

Burger was warm , not hot, everything looked good ,waitress was polite and professional. Overall a good meal and visit.

Decent place. Outside could use some maintenance which almost made us go elsewhere but once inside it was nice. Friendly staff and quick service.

Our server was amazing, and our main food was good. The salad bar was not all that great. The lettuce and salad mixes were all brown. You had to pick around to find good pieces. Voir le carte

I'm still trying to figure out what's wrong with the seasonings that this restaurant uses. Their ribs and steaks are horribly seasoned. Maybe it's time for new cooks because the other restaurant locations don't taste like that. Not the 1st time either. They mess up my mobile orders constantly. While it is food and it is cooked. It is not seasoned correctly. Have to remind waiters that kids eat free after 5pm on Tuesday's.

Went to dinner tonight with the family. Got there around 6:30. Just now leaving at 8:40. Restaurant had maybe 4 tables. 6 tables stayed dirty the entire time we were here. Ordered the salad bar. Lettuce was brown. Plates were dirty. Asked for fresh lettuce the bartender got an attitude because she actually had to work. Imagine that. Took 35 minutes to get fresh lettuce. Food came out shrimp was bad. Medium rare steak was a medium well. The attitudes and customer service lacked horribly. 10/10 do not recommend if you want a good meal
