Excellent cuisine served by knowledgeable wait staff. Good wine pairing available too.One of the best meals on our Route 66 trip so far. If we come back to the area I would eat here again without a doubt.Food: 5/5

Wonderful dinner and great service! Owner (Jan) went above and beyond with a special wine for us. We were pleased to see that the menu was mostly gluten free and very delicious (we had medalions and sirlon... best in a long time)! Make it a point to eat here... you won't be sorry.Food: 5/5

We’ve eaten at Seared a couple times, so far. It’s become our go to place for special occasions, so we’ll definitely be back. The food is outstanding we’ve had a couple different steak dishes and their daily scallops on one trip. The service is also terrific and quite friendly. Seared was truly exceptional! We discovered it while traveling through on our way to move our daughter to Arizona. The food was incredible, and our server, Christopher, was both passionate and knowledgeable. We enjoyed every moment of our visit! It’s definitely a hidden gem—be sure to add it to your list! I recently celebrated my birthday dinner at Search Bistro restaurant. The service was exceptional and the food was good, especially the salmon crudo appetizer. However, considering the price point, I expected a fresher salad (not photographed for good reason) and more elevated side dishes. Overall, a decent experience but with room for improvement in certain areas.

We started with the fried asparagus and Brie, which were both excellent. The rack of lamb was cooked to perfection, and we concluded our meal with dessert—crème brûlée and a poached pear served with vanilla ice cream. Christopher suggested we pair the pear with Sauternes, which elevated it from simply delicious to an unforgettable culinary experience. Not only did Christopher take great care of us, but he also offered fantastic recommendations for things to do during our stay. He truly seems proud of the service he provides and the incredible food coming from the kitchen, which explains why this restaurant is consistently voted one of the best.
