"I really like this subway, the night staff is always friendly and inviting. The afternoon staff however, is a completely different story. After stopping in to grab lunch today I have made the decision that I am not going to this subway for lunch anymore. It started off fairly normal, I ordered my two sandwiches and they were sent to the veggies station. The woman with the veggies seemed to be struggling a bit, which I completely understand as she 's new. Then the man who I assume is the noontime manager came out from the back and saw her adding my avocado and sort of berated her for doing it incorrectly. She mentioned that she was not trained on how to do it properly and that she basically has to train herself. He then looked at me and said "In the future, you should ask for avocado sooner because it 's a pain in the ass. "I apologized because he seemed genuinely upset that I waited until the end. Every other time I have gotten avocado on a sub, it was after the other veggies and I was not it was an issue, so that may be on me. That being said I didn 't appreciate how I was talked to by him and how he made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience because I asked for avocado too late. I 've worked in customer service before, and I 've had my fair share of annoying customers. I go out of my way to be understanding to restaurant/ customer service workers. Today I was made to feel like I was the most annoying customer. If the nighttime staff wasn 't so awesome, I would 've rated 1 star."

The service on Sioux Avenue has declined recently, and the sandwiches are poorly made and overpriced. Paying $27 for two sandwiches is quite steep, even by today's economic standards.

We stopped by and ordered a couple of hoagies for dinner from the new menu. They were excellent, packed with plenty of meat. The prices have increased a bit. The older woman preparing our food was very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. Parking: 15/20. Ver carta

Love this subway. They are always really nice and get our order done right away. But tonight the guy mad all our subs really good. I feel like he put everything on there perfect. Perfect amount of everything and still got it all done quick. And the lady working it always always very helpful and friendly!!

My biggest complaint was the gentleman behind the counter greasy uncombed hair, with no food service gloves handling food. They overcharged me on my sandwich charging me for extra bacon when my sandwich was supposed to have bacon on it in the first place. Other staff were not listening and screwing up sandwiches left n right. And no napkins in the dining area for customers. Would not recommend this one, which is sad because I have eaten here before and it was better than today.
