This branch has worst service ever employes don’t listen you when you have any problem. They said you wait. But no body listen. Very bad.

The beef chulupa came with lettuce and tomatoes, which I specifically ordered without. I also paid for guacamole but did not receive it. Additionally, the nacho cheese chulupa was missing from our order.

Was asked to leave at 9:30 when dining room closes at 10. We ordered food for here, and they put it to go and placed it on doordash shelf. They never said it was ready and food was cold. Very rude workers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Didn’t even get to eat dinner at Taco Bell since they decide to close early for a “Christmas party.” On top of that it took 4 phone calls to reach them after trying to place an order online but the items we ordered “were not available” there was no notice of the closure online or on their app. Horrible customer service. Have been using the Taco Bell app Doordash delivers the order, for the past few times the order has been wrong or missing items. Calling to complain, it has not comes across as it is important and no solution was ever offered. After the last order was missing items, called , spoke with Anthony a manager who responded to this issue appropriately also with a more than fair solution. So thank you to Anthony and the other workers who keep stores open operating. You don 't lose a customer over a mistake but moreso over how the mistake resolved.
