Went through drive thru yesterday. they were clearly VERY busy but we got our food quickly, workers were really nice, and the food was correct and great. this taco bell is always busy when i come through and they never disappoint. will continue coming heree! Didn’t even get to eat dinner at Taco Bell since they decide to close early for a “Christmas party.” On top of that it took 4 phone calls to reach them after trying to place an order online but the items we ordered “were not available” there was no notice of the closure online or on their app. Horrible customer service. This may have been the most disappointing experience that I've ever had at a taco bell. First our order took forever to get prepared. And even with the extended wait time they still got the order wrong. We ordered a total of 5 burritos and only received 4, and my chicken Flatbread had very minimal amount of chicken. I was essentially eating bread with like to little Itty bitty pieces of chicken. The food was delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5. I especially recommend the Doritos Locos Tacos and the Nacho Fries. The service was also commendable, with a rating of 4. However, the atmosphere left much to be desired, rating only a 2. For a budget-friendly option, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Have been using the Taco Bell app Doordash delivers the order, for the past few times the order has been wrong or missing items. Calling to complain, it has not comes across as it is important and no solution was ever offered. After the last order was missing items, called , spoke with Anthony a manager who responded to this issue appropriately also with a more than fair solution. So thank you to Anthony and the other workers who keep stores open operating. You don 't lose a customer over a mistake but moreso over how the mistake resolved. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Place was disgusting. The manager was slightly rude. She even kicked us out because they had a bit of attitude, but when the employee was cussing extremely bad at us directly, the police came and he was cool about it to us, but then the Employee should have been kicked out even though he was racist. He was talking so much crap as well. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
