"Food :phenomenal Service:phenomenal Prices:phenomenal I love going to Uncle Joe's, great atmosphere very clean and very nostalgic , some beehive hairdo's and some cars with tail fins and you'd be back in the 50's . Thursday night they do cruise nights and some Saturdays there are swap meets . The food is delicious everytime , joe has The Super Chef there who not only cooks amazing food but is also known to hop over the counter to perform the heimlich on a choking customer or two...The bus staff and waiting staff are sociable, polite, hardworking people that have always we t above and beyond...Great job to Uncle Joe and his awesome family..."

"Tried this restaurant about 5 years ago and it was terrible, the chicken was rubbery, there was just nothing about anything we had that was better than mediocre. Although the dessert we had was good. We decided to give it another try after someone was raving about the short ribs. We had to get a reservation months in advance. I was expecting the food to be much better since it 's always so busy. I 'll start with the positives, service was good, food came out fairly quickly, they serve pretty good bread with both butter and olive oil dip, and all of that was really good. The french fries are fresh cut and those were also good, although the garlic and gorgonzola dipping sauces were quite bland. The key lime pie was fantastic although it was a pretty small piece for $12, extremely overpriced! Everything on the menu is overpriced. They had a sweet potato maple bourbon bisque that was really great, creamy texture and great flavor. My friend got the pork belly but was unimpressed. I was so excited for the short ribs, the waiter said they had been braised all day and that it 's a customer favorite. It was so disappointing, I went to cut into it with my fork expecting it to be tender and fall apart and it was so tough I had to use a knife to cut it, it was not tender. Flavor was mediocre. But the texture was extremely disappointing. The mashed potatoes were decent, nothing to write home about...as was the asparagus. Will definitely not be back, way overpriced for disappointing quality. If you want delicious, fork tender, fall off the bone, melt in your mouth, short rib... go to vault@237. response to owner* actually the waiter said maybe it was a bad cut or fatty that WASNT the issue. they were not cooked properly to be tender. why would i wait around for you to cook them for another 30 minutes til they were as tender they shouldve been in the 1st place?! as for bringing in water bottles we arent interested in drinking chemical tap water...i review restaurants regularly and you are the only person that has ever said a word about it...so no, most restaurants do not have that policy. you say you allowed us, as if you think you have the right to control if people drink their own filtered water. thats absurd!"

"Came in on a busy night, ok I can handle a wait, but we were the only ones waiting on a table. Lady at the hostess stand, aparenty a waitress, never said hello. Hostess shows up, still no hello or welcome.... 10 minute wait. No problem. 30 minutes later, finally sat down. Waited 20 minutes with multiple waitresses walking by, no one ever came up to say hello, sorry we are short handed, be right with you. I got up to ask where our waitress was and no one even knew WHO our waitress was. We just left at that point with an apology for being short staffed. Simple greetings would have probably kept us longer but the hostess seemed like she could care less. I also saw a lady at the table next to us have to walk up to the bar to get more wine. I can't comment on the food since I never got so much as a water."

"Our server was friendly, though a bit slow towards the end when it came to delivering our final dishes and processing the bill. However, it was still a wonderful experience, as my mother-in-law would say. Fast forward to 2023: the restaurant remains amazing! We had a fantastic birthday family dinner for 12 in a private room, with two servers who did an outstanding job. Every dish we tried was delicious! Mr. DiPaolo is always incredibly kind, gracious, and attentive. They truly know how to provide a top-notch dining experience! I highly recommend this place and can't praise it enough. For those with dietary restrictions, they offer great gluten-free options, including bread.
