"My 14 yr. old son I (54 yr. old male , visited to watch the UFC match (Jones vs. Cormier . We arrived 2115 hours. We were seated a high table w/ perfect viewing access to a large screen, and several smaller tv moniters. The waitresses were friendly, and constantly checking on us (a good thing! , to see if they could get us anything. As busy as it was getting, the staff was on their game, excellent...really. We stayed until the main event was over (around 0100 hours . We literally laughed when we received the bill, $28.00. Very inexpensive. We both enjoyed plenty of the $10.00 endless appetizers we both ordered. This is a great memory for son dad having a night out together. Will we be there for mayweather/mcgregor? Heck yeah!! Everything was horrible that night, especially the server, who touched my lemon after scratching his face and not washing his hands. Multiple people were complaining about server to no avail to management.

We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time. There was quite an extensive line of people waiting for a table who had not made a reservation. We were shown to our table less than 5 minutes after arrival. Booking our reservation on-line was key!

It was awful I will never be going back there , the food took what seemed like forever , the server never refilled our drinks , when we did finally get our food and it was cold, tasteless and boring . My date was ruined thanks to this restaurant . If I could give negative stars I would have . View menu

We both like to go to TGIF'S every now and then for a quick made. I made reservations with Open Table, but when we got there they told us they haven't logged in to the app that the restaurant needs to use to check, the Open Table reservations in months, so my question is why do they still try to get reservations with Open Table if they don't use it?

Took an hour to get the food. It arrived cold and some items missing. It was $13 for an alcoholic beverage with no alcohol. We were told a meal would be taken off the bill. It never was. We were just in a hurry to leave so ate what we could. Paid the bill and left. The one waiter was the saving grace because of how personable he was. We won’t bother coming back.

Our experience at TGI Friday's was terrible. The best part of the meal was the appetizer. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was far better than what I've made in my own dining room at college. The other dish was awful; the potatoes were just randomly placed on the plate. The food seemed like it had been cooked, sat out, and then reheated. I also don’t understand why they serve mashed potatoes, yet when I asked the waitress about them, she said they didn’t have anything “serious.” To top it off, the TV channel switched unexpectedly while we were trying to watch the Monday night football game (as we were told we couldn’t see the Sabres game). I asked the waitress to change it back, and she returned with the remote, dismissing it as “not so bad.” Overall, it was just a frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place.

First, this location does not use OpenTable, which caused some confusion when we arrived for our reservation. The hostess seemed stressed because they don't follow the system, even though the app indicates that they do. Typically, we enjoy dining here, but unfortunately, the food lacked flavor on this occasion. The ribs tasted as though they were cooked over gas, which affected the flavor of the meat, and they had been kept under a warmer for too long, resulting in dryness. Similarly, the chicken sizzler overcooked the chicken, leaving it dry as well.
