"Food and drinks were good. The service of the waiter was inattentive and lacking the quality expected at this resort. Meal was delivered by the food runner in a fairly timely manner, however, the waiter failed to return to ensure the food was as ordered and/or if anything additional was required. We were forced to go the the bar twice for additional condiments and drinks. Water was not refilled till the end of the meal. The waiter did apologize at the end of the meal and comped one of the drinks. A similar inattentive staff at breakfast the following morning. We had the menu in hand, however, the wait for water and to place the order was too long. We left and went to another restaurant."

The Cutwater is a great place for a quiet family meal. Excellent service and ambiance is fabulous. Menu could expand a little but what they offer is very good.

Stayed at Shore Lodge and ate dinner at the Cutwater for the first time. It was mine and my husbands year anniversary. The food is amazing! Try the Baked Brie cheese. Incredible! Will come again!

What a fantastic spot, right on Lake Payette! The food was fantastic. But, the team could not have been more friendly and efficient. Our waiter, Drae, was amazing as was his assistant, Edison. We'd come back for their attentive service alone! Ver carta

We went for our anniversary and let the staff know. This is a tough time and people are stretched thin. That being said service was sub par and food was meh. Considering the resort it should be star. Came out star. Honestly a kids burger shouldn’t be better than the adult burger. We will go back, but it needs work. The resort is AMAZING.

We were in town over night for work. We love the ambience of the Shore Lodge and The Cutwater restaurant. Wine is always wonderful. Any steak/meat you order is amazing. Have not had the best of luck with the Curry and the Paella has zero taste and very disappointing. We will probably be back but will stick with the steaks and/or apps. Thank you
