Caleb was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all the different types of steaks and cuts. He was friendly and made me feel completely at ease, even when I asked basic questions. I know how to handle meat on an open flame. Meat Masters, Inc. added the perfect cut. Marvin, you were right about the marbeling! Of course, why wouldn't you be. If you're looking for a fresh cut for your grill, get your flavor here!

From great full cuts of beef, to ground-while-you-wait beef, to bacon wrapped quail, to lamb, to yard eggs Meat Masters is our go-to butchers. I found the first true butcher shop in Katy, and it’s fantastic! The prices are very reasonable for prime aged beef, and they offer custom cuts based on your preferences while you wait. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The taste and quality of the meat are excellent; the ribeye was so tender, it melted in my mouth, and the aging and marbling were impressive. I highly recommend checking it out and bringing your friends!
