very special place beautiful for special occasions. excellent task to include a vegan menu in reaction to customer demand. incredible weeping list.

silvester. 3 1/2 hours service. 30 minutes too late to sit and then 3 hours for a pre-set menu. I had never been and was looking forward to the experience it was disappointing when the service failed.

we had a great time as always but our banquette back was loose and we were hit in the back over and over again. This was unpleasant and took away some joy from the meal. But the fondues are amazing, and the wait staff were wonderful, even on Christmas Eve. Fun place for couples and groups/ Ver carta

I was shocked how vegan friendly this place is, and I'd strongly recommend if you want to try something a bit different. The vegan cheese fondue was perhaps the nicest vegan cheese I've had, they really seasoned it well, and all the other courses were fantastic also. I was completely stuffed after the 4 courses, you get your moneys worth!

we had reservations at 18:30 a.m. armed early and stood at the reception for 7 minutes until someone came. wait for them to sit still five minutes. waited 20 minutes until the waitress came to the table. finally at 19:30 clock drinks. order sweet tee and get regular tee. wait 20 minutes to order food. our appetizer came, but waited 10 minutes to get utensils to actually eat. 5 meal times ordered and only 3. When I said something too waitress, I was told that the 3 meal times should be in order. never the other two dinners. the restaurant was hot. I'm usually the first to have a pullover and I was sweating. had to be over 80 degrees in there. we're finished at 9:50. 3 hours and 20 minutes to...

Apparently because we were only two people, we weren't allowed a second pot for our entrees like we used to get several years ago. I'm a vegetarian and do not want my food cooked in the same pot as meat, but now the cookers are IN the tables, so if you are a party of two, you get one cooker, thus one pot, so I had to cook all my food first (hurry, your husband is just sitting there watching you. You don't get to cook and eat as you go along like everyone else), then my husband cooked all of his food. It really took away the enjoyment of that part of the evening. I don't know if there's any way to request a second burner if you're a vegetarian, but I would highly suggest you call the restaura... Ver carta

our waitress did not explain the menu. I took my son for a tasty bite. our waitress never checked us and her general attitude was terrible. she pretended she was upset. I told her that my son was allergic to earthen – so on our dessert plate they laid on it. I don't know if my son is allergic to brombeer, but who would be so ridiculous to lay any kind of berries on a teller if she knew what she was allergic to. she left the cheese until he was burned. she then made an excuse oh good, the kitchen is really safe. the salat looked old. tried old. the salat was devastated.
