Excellent food and customer service! I ordered the hummus and Jorge's Chicken Garcia which was delicious! My husband tried the special, Chicken Grits which was amazing! Our waiter Michael was the best. The service he provided was above anything we expected. We can't wait to come again.

Absolutely top notch dining experience at the Salt Block. Both of our dishes were presented beautifully and were beyond delicious. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. Terrific value from a chef, who obviously knows exactly what he’s doing! What a find in Marianna!

This place is closed more than its open! Absolutely no organization, they have no clue what specials they are having die to the chefs inability to plan. Their beef is way overpriced and dry. Pasta cooked to a chewy texture. Saddest excuse for what they want to call themselves...upscale dining. It's upscale prices with IHOP quality. Save your money! Ver carta

This place has the best food ever, I don’t know what the other ppls problem is that didn’t give them a 5 star (Susan)lol I have eaten here multiple times and sent people from work here to try the amazing steak/food and everyone absolutely loved it. First time trying Japanese Wagyu steak. It wasn't what I expected. There is a lot of fat in it and the texture felt like I was eating fat. Wagyu isn't for me. The seasoning of the food was absolutely delicious. The best part of dinner was the slice of cake we had. One of the best slices I had ever had. The food took a long time to get out, but everyone was very nice, and the ambiance of the place felt intimate. I will definitely return and I do recommend. Lovely place to go for a date.

The food was amazing as was the service. I ordered the pork loin thinking it was going to be 3 4 slices it was the entire pork loin. Amazing amount of food for the price point. It was very flavorful and tender. One of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was great. We also had the hummus and it was very good. You can tell it was homemade. I would recommend this restaurant over and over. Our server, Michael was simply amazing and I just love his personality and the way he took care of us. We started with an appetizer of the Chef's choice egg rolls filled with Buffalo chicken, and they were absolutely incredible! I tried to make them myself the next day, and I can tell you they were nowhere near as good. As for the service, it was just okay—more akin to a casual chain restaurant than a fine dining venue. In a true fine dining setting, a server would take the time to explain the menu, open the wine in front of you, and pack up your leftovers. This is the standard you expect when you pay these kinds of prices. Instead, they merely came over asking, "What do you want to eat?" and then disappeared during service. The atmosphere left much to be desired as well. The place felt like a poorly painted old Mexican cantina. They really need to fix the walls, add some tasteful decor, and perhaps hire a piano player to enhance the ambiance. Anything to justify what they are charging would help. Overall,...
