The Silo - Carta

I hadn't visited The Silo Restaurant in years, so last night we decided to go there. The restaurant features a spacious outdoor seating area, and since the weather was lovely, we opted to enjoy our meal outside.

Wow! I traveled quite a distance to try this pizza for my friend's birthday, and let me tell you... it was absolutely amazing! The sauce has a unique sweetness that is light and really elevates the entire flavor.

We arrived here near the end of the evening and they appeared to be a bit rushed/ behind. Tried the grinder but personally didn't care for it. Would like to come back and give the pizza a chance next time I'm in town. Seems to have a family feel so a good place to bring your kids after a baseball game. Ver carta

We started off with the big appetizer with fried mushrooms, fried chicken strip and fried mozzarella sticks. Very good with the ranch sauce but the tomato sauce was ok. We ordered the Supreme pizza thin crust and it was delicious but a little on the salter side! But for the price, you can't beat the great deal!

Fantastic Pizza! We were promptly seated during the Saturday dinner rush in June. Our waitress was friendly and well-informed about the menu, and she was attentive to our needs throughout the meal. The restaurant had a relaxed, family-friendly ambiance with plenty of cozy corners for quieter conversations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back.

Went there Saturday for lunch and I love pizza margarita, they had a deep dish one so I tried it. It was the most delicious pizza Margarita that I have ever. I will totally be back there for more and to see what else. It took us a while to order cuz we're slow and we were talking instead of paying attention to the menu and the server was very patient and we truly appreciate it. Pasta with meatballs brings me a lot of joy, and I’m feeling quite content after this dinner. I kicked off the meal with some fried mushrooms and wrapped it up with the pasta—now it's time for a nap. My wife ordered the half slab of ribs, and she said they were incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. The pictures below don’t truly capture how delicious the food was. I’ll definitely be back; I have my eye on some pizza!

The last time I was here, I was still in College. My parents came here all the time before they moved away. We came back because of a wedding and after driving all day, Pizza sounded pretty good. My dad suggested we go here and it was pretty good overall. I think the largest surprise for me was the thin buffalo chicken pizza. It was so great! Just the right amount of everything! Just need to find an excuse to visit family again now.
