"The atmosphere is fantastic and a very cool place to see. Very sad that there aren’t shows very often anymore as that would have made our experience much better. The snacks were good and drinks weren’t bad, but very pricey for what you get. I made one of my drinks a bowl, which says upgrade for $30. My fault for not realizing (until I got the check) that that meant pay an additional $30 on top of the regular price of the drink. So I paid $47 for a drink that wasn’t the biggest or the strongest, and I didn’t even get to keep the cup. It was on the slower side so not the night we were hoping for, but besides prices was still fun to experience one time. Our waiter was nice, but there were a few mess ups once he had a couple extra tables. The staff was dressed in character but I didn’t feel like there was much of a performance going on. So without a show it was kind of just an expensive bar with cool decor. Would recommend as a one time thing, but make sure you’re weary of prices."

Great tiki drinks. Great entertainment. Great ambience. The food(non-vegan popular plater) was also very good. The service was a struggle at times. Part of that is the nature of the establishment, part of it was our particular server. Either way, it was still worth the trip, and I will be back.

This restaurant is incredible! We can’t stop raving about the fantastic atmosphere, outstanding service, and delicious drinks. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Gabby was a wonderful server, and the rest of the staff were extremely welcoming. I highly recommend checking out the Sorrow Drowner for your next outing!

We were a group of 9 and had an amazing time at The Sorrow Drowner. We ordered multiple rounds of drinks and food. All were delicious and arrived in quickly. The ambiance of The Sorrow Drowner is amazing. So much thought has been put into the decoration and every spot has something interesting to look at. The cocktails and the glasses they came in also added to to whole experience! Go here!

We went to the 10pm show on a Saturday night. While the idea is a great one, and it was fun with the servers in character and costume, most of our experience at the sorrow drowner felt like an R-rated high school theater production. In addition, we were seated on the second level. It definitely would’ve been a better experience if we had been able to sit on the first level, but we were running 15 minutes late for our reservation. The seating downstairs looked like it would’ve been more comfortable. I will say, I had a Pimms Cup as my drink, and it was tasty! The decor was also pretty cool and elaborate.
