Whataburger - Carta

They always put in their best effort. I've never encountered a Whataburger that took so long, but here I am.

My whole family’s meals were cold and old disgusting. If you don’t like your job quit 50$ worth of food went trash come on is it that hard to make fresh food. Isn’t that your motto.

Horrible service. They brought our meals without our shakes. We had to stand at the counter to pressure them to make our shakes! Ridiculous. They continued bringing out other people's orders. No napkins in the dispenser. No toilet paper in Women's restroom. Ver carta

The best tips I've been there for a while! Great staff, fresh food and my order right. Great job! I had a crazy morning and I just wanted a good fast food burger for lunch. My whole day! Shout to Tyler, K to welcome me with kindness and smile. Helped me reduce the stress.

The pictures I took here are two employees that really stood out. They performedextremely well and were focused on their jobs while being nice, courteous, and attentive. If there were more than 5 stars, I'ddefinitely give them above 10.

Waited in the drive thru for a long time despite being the only car there at the time. Confirmed my order twice with the person taking my order and when I got my food it was wrong (specified twice that i wanted it plain with cheese and it came witheverything and no cheese). Took my order at 833, didn't get my food until 846. By that point the line had gotten so longbehind me that there was no point in waiting again. Terrible establishment. Would not recommend.

I would give this place a zero if I could. We waited 40 minutes for two meals, and when they finally arrived, the food was cold and tough. The burger was flavorless, and the buns were hard. The service was incredibly slow, especially for food that was served cold. We were really disappointed, especially since we donated to receive a free meal but never got the voucher. To top it off, the drinks were flat. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I really wish I could get a refund.

For instance, I’ve received sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened, and I’ve gotten small fries instead of large ones. I’ve also had chicken replaced with beef, and there have been times when I've asked for cheese but received none, along with missing napkins, straws, or ketchup. The wait time is usually around 30 minutes, and I’m willing to wait up to 45 minutes at most. Curbside service doesn’t offer any improvements either, and in-person service is just as problematic. There really is no excuse for these inconveniences. The atmosphere needs to foster a motivation to serve customers rather than putting the burden on the customers to do their job.
