White Castle - Carta

Despite the reputation that some give it, the food is quite good. Some surprises on the menu include fish nuggets and chicken rings. The only down mark was the dining area was not fully clean. Otherwise it was quite enjoyable.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. The staff is always polite. Although it may take a bit longer to receive your food, this is because it is freshly made for you, rather than sitting in a heated bin. The chicken with cheese sliders are a personal favorite.

The food was not served hot and there were about four leaks in the roof, dripping into the dining room seating area. The overall experience was unpleasant and the establishment did not appear well-maintained. The owner should be more proactive in managing the restaurant and maintaining the building. Ver carta

Went to the restaurant on Saturday 8/6 what a disappointment. I know it's fast food and the store is so understaffed it took 25 minutes to get 4 sliders and onion chips and a soda. I did not ask for cheese on them, and huh, cheese was on the sliders. Did not want to wait for another 25 to get the correct ones. Plus no flavor on the the burgers or chips. Close this place down! Going to Arbys next time across the lot

Food was fresh and all, but wanted to bring attention to their system for online/mobile orders. I put one in for pickup at a certain time, went in the store, and asked about my mobile order. They needed to go through and add the order manually saying they don't ever see these. Another woman came in after me with an online order and had to do the same thing. Long story short don't bother ordering ahead online because they won't see it.

I ordered a 30 pack with no onions, extra pickles, three double cheeseburgers, and a few other things they didn’t get it right I had a lot of onions one pickle on each burger ! I call Dan the manager that was working Friday March 10th tonight at 7 pm he was absolutely clueless!! and I’m not sure if he has giving me his real name ! because he pauses when I asked him his name like he didn’t want to say his name!! i’m the owner of a company if I had a manager like that working for me that was so clueless about his job, He would have to get retrained!! This white castle/fast food restaurant is the dirtiest and most disgusting place I have ever been to in my entire life. The floors are sticky, every table is covered in garbage or leftover food, and the staff is rude and inattentive. They seem more concerned with each other than they are with the customers. The counter is cluttered with materials that should be stored in the back, and half of the soda machine was empty. After waiting for 25 minutes, I asked for a refund and left. I can't imagine that the owner is happy with the current staff. I wish there was a way to give this place zero stars.

Tried to raise complaints to the manager and he didn’t even know how to have a confrontation. It’s your job to de-escalate and apologize. Not give excuses. I know what happened and for you to act like this is unprofessional. Love that I found out you broke protocol turning away an order for 3 people because of short staffing. It’s ok though cause we went to arbys next door where they treat you like a decent human being. I also let corporate know about your “excellent” service. Telling people to order on the app and limiting them to 10 burgers. The blank outta here! They are so small. Then had us waiting 15 minutes to order after the greeting to order and waiting in a long drive thru line sin...

I gave 2 stars for the food being hot, but the order was not 100% right. My hubby ordered ghost pepper cheese on one, and let's say that the cheese was ghost: missing the pepper part. It was just regular. Also, while my hubby and I were eating inside, we noticed many cars outside waiting in the drive-through for A LONG TIME for their food. Speaking of eating inside, the dining room floor was DISGUSTING. While ordering our food, our feet were sticking onto the floor with every step. Most of the table tops had specks of crumbs on them, and the ceiling vents were also DISGUSTING. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is.
