The food was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent as well. I chose to sit on the back patio, but there were some flies attempting to land on the table, so I would recommend sitting out front instead!

Best veggie burger I 've ever had in my life is right here! Really! Usually a veggie burger is some frozen food patty thing, but not here. This was yummalicious! Highly recommend it. Staff is great...plus, you 're sitting outside, chillaxin with friends. Win-win Y 'all should go...right now.

The burger shack is so good. I got the Stoner burger, it's amazing. Has bbq and the meat was so good. The sweet potato fries were amazing too. The vibes were hippie and interesting to sit there while you eat. Bunch of stray cats running around made it feel like Puerto Rico. The service was good. Overall 9/10 will go here again Ver carta

Tried out the burgers while on or vacation to South Padre. I had the Gigi burger and my boyfriend had the BBQ burger. We both agreed that the burgers were OK. The meat was not juicy and the bread was falling apart. We did like the variety and toppings available on the burgers. And we both enjoyed the fries (I had regular, he had sweet potato).

I wasn't really sure what to expect as we wandered back between two buildings, under the shade of a fig tree. We had our dog with us and stopped here on our way to SPI, and this popped up when we yelp'd for options. Glad we stopped! It's a pretty simple menu, with a lot of excellent burger options. Beers were cold, koozies provided given the heat of the day and plenty of attention provided to our pup. Definitely, plan to return in the future if we visit SPI.

Menu looked good but the place isn't sanitary. None of us ate all of our food. Could tell the bacon on my burger was old and burger just tasted off. Our son ended up throwing up later in the day and had diarrhea the next. Very certain it was from eating here. Mayo left out in the heat for who knows how long, we didn't use it of course. In the end we were overcharged. Husband didn't say anything to the woman who cashed us out and didn't tell me till we left. $95 for 4 burgers and 2 kids plates. Go somewhere else. Ver carta

I 'm a huge fan of those place for a solid burger with good fries. Their salsa is also very good if you like cold salsa. The 420 burger, John Dillinger, SPI (with artichoke hearts, spinach, feta) are all fantastic. They have an indoor seating area and 2 outdoor seating areas. I 'm a fan of the outdoor options in the shade. Great view of Port Isabel 's historic lighthouse. Oh, the fries are really good with a nice seasoning and crust to them. It 's a worthy place to try if you 're wanting something other than fish. NOTE: cash only. They have ATMs inside. Bu 12/15/19. They now take credit cards!

I should mention that I've experienced food poisoning in the past, so I have a strong concern for cleanliness. The cooking area is quite open, and the outdoor seating had condiments left on the tables in 90-degree heat, and they looked quite worn. Naturally, I advised my family not to use them. We managed to find a cooler, enclosed area that was slightly better than the patio. The burgers were good-sized and flavorful, and the boys really enjoyed them. However, the buns fell apart on all our burgers halfway through the meal. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but I wish the sanitary conditions were better.

First of all, this place may look like a shack, but don't let that fool you. The burgers are absolutely amazing! Everything is made fresh right after you order. The fries could have used a little more salt, but the burgers were fantastic and juicy. My youngest had a hot dog from the kids' menu and finished it all. My oldest enjoyed her burger topped with an egg—it was a hit! My wife and I tried the Stoner burger, and it was delicious! I'm definitely adding an egg to mine next time. The only downside was that we sat in the back, which is outdoor seating, and there were a lot of flies buzzing around our food.
