This place just rarely misses for the most part. Sometimes the service can be slow, even when it's not busy. Seems like a training gap to me. Jomal is absolutely the best server I've ever encountered. We had four children at our table, and he did an excellent job engaging with them. He even brought their food out before ours to keep them entertained while the adults chatted. He was extremely attentive to our needs and made us feel like we were his only customers. The food is consistently good, but tonight the service was truly exceptional. Ver carta

The waitress kindly removed my steak from the bill without me asking, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that the manager didn’t come over to address the issue with the $60 steak I received. This was our first negative experience at the restaurant, but we’ll continue to include it in our rotation. Afterward, I ended up going down the street for a burger since I was still hungry. Moscow mule was great, but I wouldn't did not recommend the Mojito. Waited 5 minutes before a Maitre d greeted us. There were tons of empty tables, but I still had to go wait even longer for about 10 minutes. The servers were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful restaurant.
