This place just rarely misses for the most part. Sometimes the service can be slow, even when it's not busy. Seems like a training gap to me. The waitress kindly removed my steak from the bill without me asking, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that the manager didn’t come over to address the issue with the $60 steak I received. This was our first negative experience at the restaurant, but we’ll continue to include it in our rotation. Afterward, I ended up going down the street for a burger since I was still hungry. Moscow mule was great, but I wouldn't did not recommend the Mojito. Waited 5 minutes before a Maitre d greeted us. There were tons of empty tables, but I still had to go wait even longer for about 10 minutes. The servers were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful restaurant. The food is delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The service is outstanding, rated 5 out of 5, making you feel welcome and well taken care of. The atmosphere is also top-notch, with a perfect score of 5. Be sure to try their Giant Pretzel, Chicken Wings, and Burger — they're highly recommended!

One improvement I would suggest is the beer selection, particularly regarding temperature. The beers were consistently warm, which may have been due to the busy environment and the volume of patrons, but it was noticeable across our table of six at different times. Nonetheless, this didn't stop us from finishing our drinks. Overall, we were very impressed with the restaurant and would definitely return despite the beer temperature issue. Bonus points for the free stickers they handed out! While it may not matter to everyone, as someone who collects stickers, I really appreciated that touch. View menu
