"Ugh. This concept been one our favorite dine-in spots for the past six years. The dining experience this evening has caused us reconsider. Aside from the slow and untrained staff, our $42 ribeye steak was 1/2 thick, bland and overcooked. The brusselsprouts were mushy and over-seasoned. Some items ordered were never delivered to our table, and we had to hunt our waitstaff toget the check. I am disappointed that our meal (one salad and a shared entree) cost nearly $100.00. Frankly, it was the aboutthe same quality as cuisine at Black Angus, which costs much less per meal. I would not recommend this restaurant, althoughwe have previously had better meals at other locations. Proceed with caution. Aside"

I had the tri-tip salad, and it was excellent; however, there was very little tri-tip in it. The service was outstanding!

Andrew was behind the bar but also our server and all I gotta say is.... Andrew is excellent and really gives this place a good name! He represents the company amazingly! Excellent customer service too! Thanks Andrew!!

We had a nice dinner, but I Do Not recommend the beef ribs. I was looking forward to big meaty juicy ribs. What I got were bones, dry with almost no meat Pulled pork and tri tip were good. Mac cheese, smashed sweet potatoes and grilled asparaguswere all good!

Our family has always enjoyed dining at Wood Ranch with the food, atmosphere, and service, but sometimes life calls for takeout. Once again, Wood Ranch shined in all 3 areas and in my opinion makes it one of the best take-out options anywhere. Ribs/chicken/tri-tip and sides were all delicious and well packed. The food was outstanding, but the highlight of our visit was definitely our server. I had a hard time deciding what to order, and she was incredibly patient with me. I truly appreciated her kindness during my indecision. I left a $30 tip on an $80 bill, and I hope she felt it was a generous reward for her excellent service. We enjoyed a bottle of wine, one appetizer, and two salads.

Great chicken fingers and kids sliders on the children 's menu. The small plate pulled pork is okay but was a little dry and the barbecue sauce was the vinegar based one which to my taste is spicy. They brought a milder one which was okay. The waiter wasgreat and refilled the iced teas and the strawberry lemonades over and over again. UPDATE Aug '22: Delicious chopped salad withBBQ chicken! Nice passion fruit tea! Others report delicious tritip and prime rib.
