Zaxby's - Carta

You must love Zaxby's because they have the best sweet tea and amazing chicken fingers. I've never had a bad experience here or at any of their other locations.

I ordered chocolate milk but received plain milk instead. My son, who has Autism, is very particular about his food and was really looking forward to the chocolate milk.

I really enjoy their chicken. However, the service was quite slow. The staff was apologetic and explained that they were short-handed, so I can't really fault those who were there working. Ver carta

The other day, I visited the drive-thru. The following day, I called and spoke with the manager, Miyia. She invited me to come in, and she prepared our food for us. Thank you again; everything was delicious!

I can understand why some people like this place. The service is quick and efficient, making it easy to get in and out. I ordered 20 pieces of chicken and fried mushrooms, but both dishes were excessively salty. If you plan to eat here, I recommend skipping the salad or any light sides, as the main dishes were quite overwhelming for me.

It's crucial that the ingredients mentioned for a dish are actually present. I ordered a Cobb salad that was supposed to include bacon, and it indeed had bacon. However, the delivery driver was unable to open the sealed bag to check the contents, which means it's ultimately the restaurant's responsibility to ensure that meals are prepared accurately. I finally got to visit Zaxby's after waiting for a while due to Hurricane Ian, but when I arrived, no one greeted me at the drive-thru window. I understand that places can get busy and that staff can't always greet each customer, so that was okay. I ordered the spicy Zaxby's signature sandwich and requested extra spicy Zax sauce, but they didn't include it. After I asked for the sauce and waited for a minute without receiving it, I drove off.
