"My wife and I are from the east coast and we really enjoyed our visit to Crescendo. The food was Exquisite and we feel that this restaurant would fit in where we live. The steak we had was seasoned well, the parmesan garlic mashed potatoes are delicious, and the asparagus was a great compliment to the meal. The atmosphere was relaxing and the music only added to the ambiance. The servers were very attentive and informative. Albert Lea is lucky to have an establishment such as Crescendo!"

"We were waited on immediately. We had the cutest little waitress. My wife said that. Cathy said it was the best Philly sandwich that she ever had. I had the hot roast beef that equalled the legion in Faribault. Our cute waitress made me a Sundae that was worth driving out of the way for. Actually the whole meal was worth driving out of the way for. I apologize for not complimenting the chef on a job well done. I recommend all get a pay raise! "Really good pizza!!! Thin crust with a little crunchy on it and beautifully flavored. We bought the most expensive pizza on the menu, with drinks for 2 and a small appetizer all for 30 dollars. We brought half the pizza home. This is a great value. Very friendly and attentive employees often ask if they do something else for us and sound like they really wanted to help us. The only little disappointment was the soda only came in cans, I like wells so when I eat outside. Just a five-star experience in total."

"This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had! My toddler was given a cup of chocolate milk that was completely and disgustingly spoiled. Our wait time was absolutely outrageous. We waited for 1.5 hours for two very basic meals. It took so long my husband (with diabetes) went into diabetic shock. When the food arrived, our waitress even admitted the food wasn’t even worth it! Our drinks never arrived and the condiments were completely moldy inside. It will be a miracle if we don’t get food poisoning. If you value your health and time please do yourself and favor and avoid this restaurant."

"For the cost of a single person to come in, the portions themselves are good, but the food is oily, crispy things aren't crispy and the food is soggy/over salty. Teriyaki Chicken the last time I came in wasn't cooked all the way, and when I asked them to remake my meal so that I wouldn't get food poisoning (the conversation escalated, obviously) they started yelling back and forth, and ended up taking over an hour to remake my food INCORRECTLY. They ended up making me an entirely different dish than the TC I ordered, after about 75 minutes of waiting. Just entirely disrespectful of their customers."

"the most wonderful custom service I have ever received. I came through the drive thru around 18 o'clock during a busy evening service made my order, but when I got into the window, they had to put more huh for extra crispy. the worker apologised politely waiting for the expected 15 min and offered me a 10% discount on the inconvenience. he even went so far to offer me and my mother free drinks while we waited. I was more than willing to wait patiently without the discount or free refreshments. they went beyond and beyond to make sure we were happy. our food came well packed hot foods separated from cold items,) which I absolutely appreciate! eating was excellently cooked and just as it should be. I highly recommend when you get kfc to this place! excellent service and good food! a"

"Very clean buffet with lots of different pizza to choose from, plus a diverse salad bar, delicious fried chicken, mashed potatoes, waffle fries, and other fixings. Also has a desert bar and a self serve ice cream machine. They will also ask, when you first get there, if you want something special for pizza, they will make it for you and put it out on the buffet. Friendly people and they come around frequently to take your dirty plates. We love coming here, and it's reasonably priced buffet."

"My office, Robert Hoffman Realty, is directly across the street downtown from The Interchange. I can visit The Interchange 3 to 4 times a day easily. When we have clients meeting us we always woo them by grabbing a coffee from the Interchange's team first. "I use to work here but now come all the time as customer. They treat me well and are very professional with me. Any issues I do have they are quick to fix it. Love the atmosphere. Beth is an excellent bartender who knows what I like to drink and how I like my drinks served. Angela is the general manager and she's very professional but knows how to make the place fun. Forgot my baby's toy once and she saved it for me the next time I went there with my family. Thanks for always providing exceptional service to me and my family! I also want to thank Tammy for being sweet to us every time we come in. She engages with my lady and children and every time I go there she makes me feel good for always stopping by and saying Hi! "Since moving to the area we have been hard pressed to locate good small business food. Chain resturants seem to dominate the area. This place was excellent! Yes, it is a bar, and some of the menu reflects your typical bar fare. However, they have taken it to another level, way more menu options then you would find at most locations, and what we had was delicious. Good sized portions, nice drink list, and a decent beer selection considering the small size of this place. Your hole in the wall bar that feels welcoming, relaxed, and with such a delightful menu make it more of a diamond in the rough."

"I 'm so used to starbucks but there 's none in town so me trying this place isn 't so bad I would of given maybe 4 or even a 5 star rate but the 3 stars is due to the lack of consistency everytime I order the same drink, I 've been ordering the same drink for like 6months now and honestly tired of the smallest mistakes being made with my drink when actually I 'm being charge and now getting entirely what I payed for . Yea I can come in and tell u but every time ? I 've mentioned before in person so yea I 'm not gonna waste my gas to go get a order fixed because I didn 't have the time, some people really grab and go so having the orders done right the first time around is a major essential specially for orders done thru the drive thru or online pickup u knw so yea I think this place should really pay attention better and make sure their customers order are set right better , we all human people make mistakes but then again if this is a pattern then someone in there or all need coaching , u never know what someone 's days goin and being like the 1st place people hit to get their fix from u guys to start their day is essential to be better on all aspects of serving the public."

"Really the best fast food restaurant in town. The food is always fast, fresh, hot, and delicious. I usually judge customer service on how they handle mistakes. Never had one here. I've lived in Albert Lea for almost 20 years. Not once. Never been asked to pull ahead and wait, either. To be fair, my orders are pretty simple. ...but any other drive thru in town would probably mess it up. lol One year later, most restaurants in town are struggling to find enough staff to continue being disappointing. I'm so incredibly grateful I can still depend on TJ's to be awesome."

"Went through drive thru. They forgot one of my basher so I went back around. Tried explaining this to the person on headset. He kept getting to add hashbrowns to an order. Told him I didn't want to order any that they had forgotten mine off my order. Then pull ahead and couldn't pull all the way forward because of other customers. Get stopped at the pay window. She aj me if had had so and so. I tell her no and try to explain to her. She wanted to add hashbrowns to my order too. Finally got her to understand. Pulled to pick up window and the kid tries to hand me a pretty good size bag of food. I tell him that's not mine and finally get my one little hashbrown. If it hasn't been for the fact that 1. I want feeling good and 2. I work at a burger King and I know how cranky our kitchen gets when they have to remake an order i poetically would have taken that food just because."
