And to be rudely told -to my face- that my drink order is special and will be made after the other customers...is incredibly insulting and makes me increasingly disgusted with Caribou Coffee. No, I don 't need a manager to reach out. No, I don 't need customer service to reach out. Yes, I think you need to take a management course. Yes, I think you need to learn empathy. I won 't be returning, and no response you provide is going to welcome a positive response, so I 'd recommend not sharing your thoughts. Caribou Coffee is a huge name, but...the people that work here are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be recommending this company (let alone this storefront) to anyone for coffee. If I want someone to be rude to me, I 'll go somewhere that actually wants to make my drink, at the very least. Note, the drink I asked for was a 16 oz. quad shot white chocolate mocha with oat milk, no whip, extra hot, double cupped. That isn 't DIFFICULT, it 's just a lot of specificity... Service: 1"
