"I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra meat and cheese, but received a burger with just cheese. I went to the restaurant to get it corrected, and they took it back to remake it. I thanked them, but they avoided eye contact and didn’t respond. Once back in my car, I checked the burger and saw there were only 2 patties instead of the 3 I ordered. I returned to ask for another remake. They took it back, but then came out again asking what I wanted, so I clarified that I wanted a triple cheeseburger. They insisted that’s how it had been made before. I simply asked for it to be remade. A minute later, the guy returned with the correct sandwich, again claiming it was how it had been made earlier. I didn't want to argue; I just wanted my sandwich so I could go home. I work in retail too, and I understand how frustrating these situations can be, but at the end of the day, I just want what I ordered to avoid any further hassle."
