"I’m feeling quite disappointed and a bit cheated. I eat at this restaurant regularly and love their sushi! I ordered a few rolls recently, but unfortunately, they weren't made correctly. I reached out to let them know, and they kindly credited me with two free rolls for my next visit. However, I was never informed that there was an expiration on the credits, which is only seven days. Now, a month later, I finally have time to go back for sushi, and I find out those credits are no longer valid. What a letdown! I'll still get sushi elsewhere, but I can’t shake off the feeling of being a bit cheated."
